AIMS (Acquire, Improvise & Maximize - Skills) - is an in-house learning and development initiative which makes every effort to enrich NBHC human resource with knowledge and skills. The objective of AIMS is to motivate and provide resources to FTites to keep them abreast of emerging industry and technology trends.
Potential is recognized and opportunities for further learning are provided. We regularly conduct Functional, Technical and Development programs to ensure that employees are well equipped to perform their current and potential role(s) at all times. Our training programs, every year galvanize a large number of fresh graduates into seasoned professionals. We not only groom your technical talents but also bring out the leader in you.

Getting Started (Step 1)
The new joiner on his DOJ is welcome into the Financial Technologies family by the HR team; he is then guided to fill in his joining papers. A Senior HR member conducts the Company Orientation program which focuses on:

Socialization Process (Step 2)
- The new joiner is introduced to all members of his team and other teams

A welcome note introducing him/her is released to the NBHC’s family network on our Group HR Zone
- A Dost/friend is assigned to new joiner. The responsibility of the Dost is to act as a guide/mentor and help the new joiner acclimatize with Organization’s business, culture, values, policies, procedures and practices in a planned systematic manner. This helps the new joiner to effectively and quickly integrate with company’s systems/environment and thereby, start contributing to company’s growth and productivity immediately.
Comprehensive on the job training (Step 3)
- The new joiner is given his role specific/domain specific training by the departmental Team Leader/HOD.
- The duration and type of on the training given, is specific and unique to each role.
Our comprehensive ‘G S C’ induction process has been extremely successful in helping the new joinees settle into the organization quickly and meet his role requirements effectively. |

Enrichment Programs |

Enrichment Programs are regular feature at NBHC Ltd. From Office Assistant to Executive level, all members are put through a Corporate Grooming program wherein they are trained in Office Etiquettes, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Time Management skills, Corporate Dressing and Stress Management.
For our Middle Management we run a series of Team Building Workshops. Our Leadership Grooming and Competency Development programs are targeted at building and empowering the leaders of tomorrow.

Grade Group.
Recently, we have successfully
concluded a series of Team Building
Workshops. The workshops have
generated high synergy and team
bonding.
The participants of these workshops
have named their Teams as ROADIES,
DHRISTI, JEEL , ROCKERS etc. |
Many barriers have been broken and many closed doors opened during these workshops. The enthusiasm generated is at an all time high and everyday HR receives numerous requests for such programs from HODs. |

Technical Training programs - Technology is our backbone and strength. In pursuit of excellence, we constantly ensure that FTites keep themselves abreast of emerging industry and technology trends.
On a routine basis, we conduct a series of technology programs for our Development and IT team (s). We partner with skilled third party training agencies for conducting our in-house technical training programs. Members are routinely deputed to external Technical Seminars, Trainings and Conferences.
