Clearly defined key result areas (KRAs) and targets are assigned to each role in the form of an organization growth commitment (OGC) statement. The OGC system has the following objectives:
- To identify and monitor the role-specific KRAs and key performance indices (KPIs)
- To assess/review member's quarterly and annual performance
- To identify training and development needs of members
- To compensate and reward good performance in the form of performance-based variable pay and annual increment promotion
