NBHC Mandate service provides complete solutions to review and improve the ability to implement corrective and preventive action plans for superior commodity risk management, and helps achieve consistent results with established objectives and goals. Mandate performs audit and accreditation of warehouses/cold storages and valuation of commodities. It also appraises the ways and means by which resources need to be deployed to achieve economy and efficiency.

Strengths

The Mandate team comprises of superintendents / auditors with deep domain expertise and extensive experience in warehouse audit & accreditation and commodity valuation.

The Mandate team reviews of operations, internal controls for capability of documentation, compliance with documented procedures, and effectiveness of procedures to control the risks associated with commodities, and ascertaining the effectiveness of results against NBHC's benchmarks and/or accredited norms.

Services

We at NBHC, carry out independent and impartial assessment of storage facilities, inventory or specified projects for assuring compliance of activities/operations with client specifications, codes and accredited norms, standards or government regulations. This is confirmed through inspections, audits, surveillance, assessment and training, warehouse accreditation, and commodity valuation.

Audit

Audit check evaluates compliance for activities and operations to set the following standards and specifications:

Surveillance

The Mandate team performs the following surveillance operations and activities to monitor and ensure quality of operations and risk mitigation practices:

Inspection and assessment

Training

The Mandate team trains the floor staff for improvement plans addressing weaknesses in operations and processes. The objective behind providing training to floor staff and supervisory staff is to implement standard operating procedures at various stages of commodity management.

Warehouse accreditation and commodity valuation

Our storage facilities accreditation based on NBHC norms and standards as well as on accreditation set by government and / or their appointed agency.

Assessment and evaluation of commodity value, appropriate to the commodity condition and shelf-life, quality grade, market situation, location and packaging.
